WOI is engaged to support PR and brand development for Sonia Samtani and the All About You Wellness Centre in Hong Kong. We are engaged to increase share of conversation, media mentions, interviews, podcasts overall PR strategy. We also provide consultancy services to support the structure and running of Sonia’s personal brand and that of the centre. We provide advice on staffing, culture, development of partnerships and values. WOI has secured interviews and awards in leading publications including Tatler, Sassy, SCMP, China Daily, and more. We also support copy writing including decks, B2B communications toolkits and a book.

WOI is engaged at the PR agency for High Society Clinic, Glowagen, Princess Brows, and Rebecca Sylvester Beauty. Rebecca is the founder of these brands which provide industry leading beauty and wellness services and products. WOI has been engaged since June 2024 to lead on media relations, brand strategy, KOL and influencer management, and content marketing.

WOI was engaged on a 12 month contract to support GFC’s B2B and B2C marketing, PR and communications objectives. We provided consultancy and support to GFC which is a leading food and drinks distributor in Hong Kong. We led on creative campaigns, influencer engagement, media engagement, and developing materials including B2B decks and brand assets.

WOI was the appointed PR and communications agency for Hong Kong’s original meal plan company, NOSH. During the 18 month contract, we led on: influencer and KOL campaigns, media engagement, and brand strategy. This led to a 30% increase in audience engagement.

WOI is the appointed PR agency for NGO, the Karen Leung Foundation. KLF works to save lives in Hong Kong by raising awareness of gynaecological cancer, educating women to increase rates of early detection and ensuring that women in treatment have access to optimal medical care. WOI is engaged to: promote and support sponsorships for leading investment conference, SOHN HK, social media management, thought leadership content, ambassador programs, brand consultancy, and partnerships.

WOI, under its corporate social responsibility program provides pro bono marketing and PR to East Rows West. The team, made up of 3 rugby players from Hong Kong, will row across the Atlantic Ocean in December 2021 as part of the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Rowing Challenge. The team row in support of ChildFund Rugby.

WOI, under its corporate social responsibility program provides mentoring to women-owned companies and young entrepreneurs. Through the program, WOI provides pro bono time, resources, advice and consultancy to eligible companies and individuals.

WOI is Jet Luxe’s global PR, marketing, communications, and events agency. Jet Luxe is a business aviation brand that covers private jet charter, medevac and emergency flights, repatriation, and luxury travel for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

WOI (White Orchid Insights) is the appointed F&B PR and marketing agency for 375 Chicken N Fries. Responsible for brand development, media relations, launch and events, marketing campaigns, and profiling. 375º is all about feel-good food served in a relaxed, fun space. The brand is centered around making high quality fried chicken, fries, and salads that are delicious and indulgent- without all the toxins, fillers, hormones, and other junk that has become synonymous with “fast food”. The result is a menu which features all-natural, antibiotic and hormone free chicken; 100% vegetable oil; locally sourced ingredients; and sauces made fresh from scratch every day.

WOI was engaged to strategise, direct, and produce a series of video content, Be Known. The series tells the story of 6 THS students and speaks to the school’s unique, differentiated value-add offering. The 6 mini-documentary series was written by Sarah Keates with film directed and produced by Annie Yan.

WOI is appointed as JetClub’s global marketing, communications, and PR agency. WOI developed the company’s website, brochure, business cards, offline marketing, digital marketing, and global communications strategy.

WOI was invited to support the 60th anniversary of La Perla, in partnership with Sino Jet.

WOI was engaged for the content development of the 20 year anniversary book, Over Hong Kong.

WOI has worked with Breitling in various brand collaborations 2015-2019. Most recently, an intimate get together for members of the business aviation community to join a Christmas cocktail gathering at Breitling’s boutique in K11 Musea. WOI has also partnered with Breitling on a series of corporate social responsibility programmes.

WOI started working with Sino Jet in 2016. Since this time, we have collaborated on items including 20+ successful media engagement campaigns pieces with including Financial Times and Reuters, bespoke branding events, including a collaboration with La Perla to celebrate its 60th anniversary, development of internal communications / newsletters, marketing campaigns to celebrate the launch of Sino Jet’s products and services, and event support for major shows including ABACE and EBACE.

WOI is engaged as HKBAC’s English marketing and communications agency. We are responsible for managing the company’s external messaging, newsletter, and information sharing via its social media platforms, along with design and production of promotional items.

WOI took the lead on AsBAA’s marketing, events, communications, and public relations from 2014-2020. During this time, we developed and launched the association’s corporate social responsibility brand / programme, AsBAA Discovery, developed, launched, and led on events including: – charity gala dinner, the Icons of Aviation Awards 2015-19; AsBAA Safety Days in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia; over 40 AsBAA Discovery CSR events across Asia, the CEO Series of networking events; Women in Aviation series. WOI also developed a weekly communication, the AsBAA Digest, and supported the association in its government and industry relations.
