WOI, founded by Sarah Keates, has worked with NGOs since 2006. Sarah took the lead on the development of services for international education marketing for boarding schools at the British Council. She later led on several government lobbying initiatives in the business aviation space. Sarah Keates has established several leading corporate social responsibility programs and sits on the board of women’s and children’s charities.
About Sarah Keates
Sarah was educated in Law at the University of Liverpool. She started her career at the British Council in international marketing. In 2012, Sarah joined a large multinational public relations firm in Hong Kong, before moving in-house at a well-known UK group, where she increased the brand’s market share in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and in emerging markets, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Sarah now owns and operates WOI, a Hong Kong based marketing and PR agency with a set of services specifically tailored to non-profits, among other industries. Sarah has worked extensively on developing corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. She has also successfully led fundraising, lobbying and charitable campaigns, and social initiatives for charities, non profits, and social enterprises in Asia.
